Aprolis continues its international development thanks to the acquisition of Impact Handling. Founded in 1985, the company achieved a sales of €81 million in 2020, employs 500 people and carries 7000 long-term rental contracts.
The Baumann dealer across France, Aprolis also has businesses in Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal and China, this acquisition will allow it to achieve 35% of its business outside France, confirming the international development focus of the Monnoyeur Group.
With 10,000 new equipment per year, a consolidated revenue of €370 million and a presence in 6 countries, Aprolis becomes the first multi-brand and multi-material rental company in Europe.
